Open Door is currently recruiting to the following posts:

Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist/Clinical Psychologist

 

  • To work 2.5 days per week across our services in Crouch End and Tottenham. We are looking for an energetic and flexible Child Psychotherapist/Clinical Psychologist to undertake a range of clinical work with adolescents and parents/carers. This post is linked to NHS England’s 4 Week Waiting Time Pilot, part of Haringey’s successful bid to become one of 25 national Trailblazer Sites arising from the Green Paper, Transforming Child Mental Health (Dec 2017). The successful candidate will play a key role in improving access to Open Door’s therapy services. There will be plenty of scope for a range of clinical work on a brief, medium and longer-term basis.
  • Applicants must have experience of working with adolescents and parents, a proven capacity to work in a multi-disciplinary child and adolescent mental health service and be eligible for membership of the ACP/BPS.

Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist

  • Applicants must have experience of working with adolescents and parents, a proven capacity to work in a multi-disciplinary child and adolescent mental health service and be eligible for membership of the ACP.
  • There will be lots of scope for CPD and the post-holders will also be encouraged and supported to develop areas of particular interest.
  • We will consider applicants interested in applying for both posts. We will consider newly qualified applicants and those approaching the end of training.

Salary: £38,434 WTE (pro-rata)

 

Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Nurse Specialist /CBT Practitioner (CYP-IAPT)

 

  • To work 18.75 hours per week (2.5 days) predominantly in the Intake and Triage Team, delivering a range of clinical assessments, brief-interventions and support for young people on our treatment waiting lists, including guided self-help, psycho-education and to support the use of appropriate online resources.
