Funders and supporters
Open Door is actively engaged in the communities it serves and we work closely with other partners in the statutory and voluntary sectors to deliver the best care for young people. We also participate in local service planning groups, steering groups and strategy forums, being a voice for young people to help them get the care they need.

Open Door was one of the architects of CAMHS Access – the single point of entry for professional referrals into statutory and voluntary sector Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services. Our participation ensured the continuation of self-referral routes into services such as Open Door alongside the move to a central point of access.

Sabrina Rowan
Sabrina Rowan
Sabrina kindly gifted Open Door some of her paintings which arrived during the pandemic and really made a difference to creating a comfortable, calm and aesthetically pleasing Covid-secure environment in which we could go on seeing young people in-person during the dark days of lockdown. Now we are on the other side, the paintings continue to add so much to our spaces and are very popular with both staff and service users.
Consortium for Healthcare Analytics Intelligence
Consortium for Healthcare Analytics Intelligence
CHAIn has been established by Huw Davies and John Varlow to provide root and branch support for Health Informatics Leaders and Departments.
As training partners to the Association of Professional Health Analysts (AphA), we were hearing the same stories of talented analysts, and analytical departments, struggling to get their products received by their operational counterparts. An in depth analysis of these situations, showed that the same reasons for these problems were occurring repeatedly.
We believe that the problems we have seen can be easily fixed, and we know that there are similar needs across analytical areas within Health and Social Care. CHAIn has been formed to specifically meet these needs. With structural support from other partners, we can work with you and your teams to identify your specific problem areas, and to help deliver appropriate solutions.
